wonderful stay

big waterparkkids clubunprofessional staff
this resort has many pools suited for different preferences and a very big waterpark. i saw a playground, a luna park. a kids club with fun games. the hotel features a nice beach and various restaurants. i was happy with the available facilities.
the staff acted unprofessional. this lowered the quality of the entire experience. i was hoping for a better service.

the grounds present beautiful scenery. i could see a very nice beach and it had delicious food, it also seems like the security is amazing because security guards worked really hard. the entire place seemed clean.

The hotel offered various facilities for children. food was fresh and delicious. the room was quite spacious and comfortable. It had a great terrace with a nice garden view.
The staff did not explain where the restaurant was. I had to find it myself. there were stray cats roaming around the restaurant entrance. They were wandering around the dining hall. the smell of cat urine was very strong.

the buffet food seemed excellent. the staff showed friendliness and willingness to assist. i found the pools clean. i was happy with the spa services. i got a couples massage and felt very relaxed. guest relations team. ms esra, sina and serife seemed perfect with human relations.
i thought some areas was a bit old.

The food selection impressed me at both breakfast and dinner. we found the waterpark enjoyable, with several slides and pools. the resort grounds are extensive. There are carts to help guests move around the hotel (which is especially helpful with luggage). staff members were polite and helpful.
i found the signage across the large site could be improved. this made navigating the resort somewhat confusing (especially at night). the room needed some updating.

the resort had multiple swimming pools. i noticed around five, which seemed adequate for different preferences. there was a waterpark. a kids playground was also available.
the staff did not speak english very well. this made communication difficult at the restaurant. i had to point at the menu because of it.
